Customer Service Representative/Insurance Agent

Job Description

Taylor-Moore Agency has an opening for an Insurance Customer Service Representative. We pride ourselves on providing prompt, accurate, and courteous service to our clients. As our Agent/CSR, your positive and confident attitude will aid in building a rapport with our clients and insurance carriers, and your attention to detail and drive to learn will make you a great addition to our team.

Responsibilities

• Selling and negotiating insurance policies to match the needs of our clients.
• Developing insurance quotes, shopping renewals, and issuing certificates of insurance.
• Identifying sales opportunities and risk management strategies for insurance plans.
• Fostering strong relationships with current and prospective clients to maintain client retention.
• Responding to inquiries, solving or referring problems, and following up with clients to ensure satisfaction.
• Treating each client interaction as an opportunity for education and account rounding.
• Assisting clients with policy changes, claims, and payments.
• Maintaining all insurance documents in a confidential manner.

Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years professional office experience.
• Advanced computer and technical skills.
• Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
• A team player who is self-motivated and driven to succeed.
• A P&C license is preferred, but we are willing to pay for and help train to obtain the P&C license. This license is a requirement of this position within    12 months.
• This position is an ‘in office’ position. Not remote.

Salary- $50,000- $75,000 depending upon experience.
